HCC's Deborah Ball Included in Strathmore's Who's Who Worldwide
Haywood Community College employee Deborah Ball was recently inducted into Strathmore’s Who’s Who Worldwide. Strathmore’s is a leading biographical publication listing thousands of successful individuals in the fields of Medicine, Business, Education, the Arts & Sciences, Research, Healthcare, Law, Engineering, and Government. Based on one's position and lifetime of accomplishments, the company honors professional men and women in all academic areas and professions.
Inclusion is limited to individuals who have demonstrated leadership and achievement in their occupation, industry or profession. Strathmore’s mission and goal is to ensure that members receive all the networking and consulting capabilities possible to potentially increase their business, as well as to gain added exposure and recognition.
Ball is the Program Manager for HCC’s Cosmetic Arts Department. She spent over 20 years managing salons in North Carolina and Florida before coming to work at HCC in the early ‘90s. She also has 23 years of combined experience in film and theater as a hair designer and makeup artist in major film productions including Titanic, The Patriot, Sommersby, and The Gift.
