Groupwise Webmail

If you are having difficulties connecting to Groupwise webmail, disable TLS and make sure your browser supports at least SSL 2.0:

In Internet Explorer 6 and 7:

  1. Click on "Tools" -> "Internet Options..."
  2. Click on the "Advanced" tab
  3. Scroll down to "Security"
  4. Uncheck "Use TLS 1.0" if it is checked
  5. Check "Use SSL 2.0" or "Use SSL 3.0"  if those options are available.

In Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Click on "Tools" -> "Options..."
  2. Click on the "Advanced" tab
  3. Under "Protocols" uncheck "Use TLS 1.0"
  4. Make sure "Use SSL 2.0" or "Use SSL 3.0," whichever is available to you, is checked.
